Chicago artist, Sandra Bridges, taught art in the inner city schools for 35 years. In 2015 she was awarded the Black Excellence Award for Visual Art from the African American Alliance of Artists in Chicago. She continues, in her "retirement", to speak through her art.
An MFA graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Malika Jackson has actively shown her award-winning work in prestigious venues throughout Chicago. She also has taught in the Chicago Public Schools and for various community organizations.
Natalie Jackson O'Neal has turned a passion for photography into an artistic outlet for expression. Her work has been featured in notable national projects including "The Lost Boys of Sudan", "Art Aids Africa" and The Jackie Robinson Foundation. She lives in the Peoria area.
Trish Williams, currently from Peoria, is a fiber artist who has worked with cloth all her life. Her quilts have been exhibited both nationally and internationally as well as being presented in numerous publications.
